Recycled 48×40”s are offered in three grades. Each type is built to the industry standard, which has 7 top boards, 5 bottom boards, and 3 Runners (or stringers).

Grade A 48×40”

• Standard build

• Cleaner wood

• Fewer Repairs

Better looking to impress the end user.

Premium (AAA) 48×40”

• ‍ ‍The same an a Grade A, except it must have 6” Lead Boards on the top and bottom.

• More compatible with automation

• GMA specification (Grocery Manufacturers Association)
  

Grade B 48×40” - Ugly Stepsister

• Gets the job done

• Definitely has Block repairs

• Cheap, but sturdy.

We build custom pallets to spec in both new and recycled materials.

You send us your spec sheet, and we make it happen.

If you would like an odd-sized pallet, but it’s not THAT odd. Perhaps we have it in stock.

Never hurts to ask if you can get what you want for cheaper.

Pay us to haul away your scrap (wood, metal, cardboard, plastic).

If there is value in what you have, we will share that value with you. Sometimes that value can exceed the cost of us picking it up, and you will simply be paid the excess.
